Acoustic component manufacturer, Kingstate Electronics (3206) announces the replacement of CEO. Former CEO Peter Chen resigned for personal career plan and replaced by former Vice President James Lin.

Current CEO James Lin serves the position as a Kingstate Electronics Corporation Consultant from January 2006. He has various experiences in Corporate Business Management, Investment Evaluation of Venture Capital Companies in both technology and traditional industries and Plant Management. In the same year, he was elected as the member of the board of directors and as the Vice President of Kingstate. In the period of time, he combines the resources from the board and the industry to form the Business Strategy Development Committee and serves as the chairman. He contributes a lot to the upgrade of business efficiency and the business plan for short term to long term.

In celebrating Kingstate's 30th Anniversary, the board of directors has a higher expectation for James to apply his expertise and experiences and lead all Kingstaters toward continuous innovation, upgrading competitive advantages and providing all customers with faster and completed total solutions.
