High-Performance Acoustic Cavity Design for Loudspeakers
Kingstate has been keeping improving and strengthening the capabilities of acoustic technology for designing loudspeakers. We always provide the best solutions to accomplish our customers' requirements with cost-effective products.
Predicting the performance of diverse and customized box designs by using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tool to build the simulation model that can effectively and efficiently solve the issues before making samples.
Analyzing the performance of box design in 4-PI condition and predicting the real Sound Pressure Level (SPL) and Frequency Response which can include the reflections from any object near the loudspeakers.
For most applications of small and micro speakers, the non-directional sound radiations, Kingstate is able to find the SPL peak at Fb (tuning frequency) via importing the 3D drawing to the simulation model and provide suggestions if there is a specific Fb that needs to be achieved.
Simulation model:
A down-firing smart speaker on a table with a cylinder closed-box design. (see chart 1)
Sound Pressure Level spreading at around 2.5KHz (Chart 1)
The SPL can be evaluated at a reference point with a defined distance (See chart 2).
