Box Designs

Kingstate has influential mechanical engineers and an acoustic team. In many hard-to-develop acoustical products, designing speaker enclosures to meet customers' requirements is undoubtedly one of Kingstate's advantages. Speaker boxes can be designed in various shapes and simulated using COMSOL Multiphysics. We build simulation models to optimize our designs and reduce time and manufacturing costs.

The simulations are built in a 4pi without baffle conditions. The resulting frequency response and impedance curve are calculated by combining the driver's Thiele-Small parameters, which are applied to its effective diaphragm area (Sd), with the geometry of the enclosure, which interacts with each other.

These are the graphs comparing the simulation results with the measurements of actual samples. As you can see from the graphs, the simulated and measured results are very close to each other. By building the simulation models, Kingstate can analyze and improve acoustical products in advance.
